Graphic Designers needed!

My organization asked me to work on 5 graphic designs for them (flies, postcards, magnets, etc.) and I don't have the time to do all of them  If you have some graphic design talent and would like to volunteer your time to help out a mission org and mobilize people, then let me know asap and I'll get you started!  Thanks!

It's been already one year since I got back from China.  I can't believe time has flown by so fast and within this past year so much has happened.  When I first got back I was so happy to be back home and because of what happened to me towards the end of my term I really didn't want to go back overseas to do full-time work.  For 6 months I went through some bad reverse-culture shock.  There were many days that I was depressed, not wanting to get out of bed, and felt no purpose in life.  It was especially difficult when I was sending out hundreds of resumes looking for a job, but very few called back.  I became the College Intern Pastor at my church which was a huge adjustment and change to the type of ministry I did overseas and in college with KCM.  I also started working full-time a few months ago, which has kept me really busy (hence me not updating my xanga).

As I look back this past year, there were high and low times, but in the end all I can do is truly praise God for his faithfulness and goodness.  When I came back I had no desire to go back and work overseas, but now being back home for about a year and seeing where my true passions lie I now know that overseas is where God wants me to take his precious Word to people who have never heard and I can't wait to go back.

God is good!

Guess who I had dinner with??

I had a special invite from a friend to have dinner and meet Brother Yun, author of "The Heavenly Man".  It was so awesome.  I sat with him at the same table and talked about different stuff.  He gave us a sermon about prayer and at the end we were able to lay hands on him and lift up prayers for him. It was such a blessed time!  I was just amazed at his joy and his heart for China and for all the lost peoples of the world.

If you haven't read the book, then I HIGHLY encourage you to read it. It will definitely challenge your faith and show you what great things God continues to do today.

He'll be speaking at Saddleback Church this weekend on Saturday and Sunday at all main services, so if you have time...GO!!
